SCC Solutions, Inc. (SCCS), is a Process Network Organization providing consulting and project management services to developers, contractors and sub-contractors working in the manufacturing, software, construction and the transportation sectors.

The SCCS Process Network Organization, or PNO, encompasses all aspects of project management from design and consulting to development and construction including building, mechanical and electrical services, civil engineering, utilities, independent claims adjusting and process engineering together with specialty areas such as transportation and software engineering.

History:

The company was incorporated in Florida in 2002 and co-founded the year before by Mark Sidebottom after five years of operation as an independent consultancy known as The Parker Liberty Group which specialized in transportation, logistics and human resources. The company was retained by the Government of Haiti in the late 90s to conduct a study on and develop a business plan for a Haitian National Airline and the required infrastructure. The company also participated in a number of transportation consortiums, most notably NASA’s SATS Program as well as the Bush Administration’s Next Gen Air Transport System. Sidebottom also collaborated on projects with the Institute of Transportation Research at Barry University, and designed and managed a federal grant funded project for the State of Montana on transportation infrastructure.

Mark has also managed extensive lobbying efforts for the on-demand air transport industry in Washington DC including air-cargo, logistics and infrastructure and transportation security. Over the years he has given policy presentations to numerous US Senators, Congressman and Administration officials. Sidebottom also has significant construction and manufacturing experience and extensive real estate development experience including serving as a design project manager for a high-end, 300 unit condo development project in the Turks and Caicos Islands, known as The Q Resort and has also consulted to The Greenbrier Resort on Ambergris Cay. He has consulted on an airport renovation and privatization project in Haiti and designed a real estate development program for a private land owner in Fort Liberty, Haiti.
